Ingrid Casio

Ingrid Casio is the Director of Accounting for boostED Finance. As the Director of Accounting, Casio assists the Controller in managing the day-to-day operations of the organization's Finance/Accounting Department as well as our partnering schools. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing monthly financial statements, managing annual audit preparation, and monthly financial presentations to the Board of Trustees at various schools. Prior to becoming Director of Accounting in 2012, Casio served as the Accounting Manager. She managed the overall accounting functions and was in charge of financial preparation and reporting, as well as payroll processing. Upon joining the organization in 2006, Casio served as an accounts payables associate. During that time, Casio was responsible for processing vendors' payments for ten charter schools in New York, Philadelphia and Chicago. Casio is a graduate of Berkeley College with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Josh Moreau - CFO, COO

Josh Moreau is the CFO and COO of boostED Finance. Prior to becoming CFO and COO, Moreau served as Victory Education Partners' Director of Accounting and Finance and was responsible for oversight of the organization's accounting and finance department, while maintaining close relationships with the partner schools' boards of trustees. Moreau's responsibilities included full scale monthly financial statement preparation and development of template financial statements for Board of Trustee reporting. Another critical part of his position is the development of middle and junior level staff, review of their work, mentoring and training. Moreau has also functioned as Director of Accounting at Victory Schools, Inc. While at Victory, Moreau's duties included the oversight and management of all accounting functions, monthly financial presentations to Board of Trustees, development of annual financial budgets, and preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Moreau also managed the annual financial audits for all school clients, including governmental audits. One of Moreau's major accomplishments in this role was the design and implementation of a federal and state grant reconciliation process, including schedules for financial statement reporting, and state and federal expenditure reimbursement reporting. This enabled schools to gain access to federal entitlement dollars in a regular, expedient manner. Moreau is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago.

Kyle Healy

Kyle Healy is an Accounts Payable Associate at boostEd Finance. Kyle is responsible for Accounts Payable management for boostEd's clients as well as boostEd. Kyle works directly with school executives to ensure Accounts Payable operations are completed reliably and efficiently. Prior to working for boostEd, Kyle worked at ING Bank where he was served on the Operations Management team. Kyle received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from CUNY Baruch College where he studied finance.

Paul Augello - CEO

Paul Augello is President and CEO of boostED Finance. Prior to founding boostED Finance, Augello served as chief financial officer of Victory Education Partners, where he oversaw the day-to-day management of Victory's cash balances, and worked with charter school partners on budgeting, financial projections and budget analysis. Prior to joining Victory, Augello worked for the Interpublic Group of Companies where he spent five years as the Internal Audit Manager, and then as the North American Controller of Initiative Media. Before that, Augello was the General Audit Supervisor for the New York Times Company, where he was an active project team member for all phases of the Company's three printing plant construction projects and received a Chairman's Recognition Award for his work on acquisition and special projects. Earlier in his career, Augello was a Senior Accountant with the publishing company Random House and the accounting firm Deloitte, where he earned his C.P.A. Augello graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.
