With more than 12 years of experience, Kate knows how to effectively plan and coordinate projects in a manner essential to provide for early completion and budget adherence. As a Vice-President, she is responsible for all phases of projects from pre-negotiation status to contract close out.
With over 38 years of experience in commercial and residential development, Paul is involved in job scheduling, subcontractor bid procurement, contract negotiations, and project management. This comprehensive knowledge assures the expedient completion and cost effectiveness of construction projects.

Founder of W. Thomas Construction, Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. He is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida with over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. With extensive experience in upper management, design/build negotiation and contract management projects, Bill emphasizes the total construction package concept with a single source responsibility.
