She joined the firm when Grip Business acquired McCander Scott & Co. She liaises with clients to get the information on time, handles payroll and the overall admin of the practice. Outside of work, she is a ballet dancer and takes part in many dance events.

Harish Sharma is the senior practitioner of Grip Business Consultancy. He enjoys providing proactive and comprehensive services to ensure clients are healthy in all aspects of the businesses, not just in business compliance. His expertise & managerial skills, gained through working in accounting practices as well as in industry & commerce, have helped many businesses to get their ‘Nuts-n-Bolts‘ right from the early stages of business developments and helping clients to create value for their businesses. He has experience in handling property related taxation/VAT matters. In his spare time, Harish enjoys spending his time on spirituality and personal development.
Harshil has obtained an accounting and finance degree and has got several years of work experience since then. Harshil prepares, analyses and communicates key financial information and provides support to management regarding financial reporting as well as other related issues. He posseses good knowledge in commercial and residential property investments .
As part of her role she looks after admin for the whole practice. Naghmeh also ensures the smooth running of the office ordering stationery, managing post, scanning, filing and looking after clients visiting the offices. In her spare time Naghmeh enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Naren Raj Joined Grip Business in 2013 after completing his Bachelors in Accounting with several years of experience in accountancy practice. Whilst working, he continued his studies to complete the ACCA and has since completed his training to become a Chartered Certified Accountant, which he obtained in 2018. Naren has gained broad experience in payroll, bookkeeping, taxation and accounts production and is currently enjoying developing his role as a Practice manager. He works very closely with Harish in practice development. In his spare time, Naren enjoys running and working out in the gym.
Sivi graduated from University in 2019 with a Bsc Hons in Accounting, currently reading for his professional exams. He joined Grip Business in 2020 as an Assistant Accountant, where his responsibilities include compliance, client management, reviewing accounts and managing certain areas of the practice.
