Andrew is Founder and Managing Director. He is an experienced property consultant with over 25 years' experience in maximizing returns for owners of, and investors in, fixed assets. Prior to establishing Silver & New Limited in 2013, Andrew was Managing Director, Eastern China for CBRE, the world's largest real estate services firm. At CBRE, he was directly responsible for managing a headcount of some 350 professionals providing a full range of real estate services to international and local clients. Prior to CBRE, Andrew worked at several real estate advisory firms including Knight Frank, Chesterton Petty Limited and Fuller Peiser (now part of BNP Paribas Real Estate). Andrew spent over 15 years in Asia and has been directly involved in real estate projects in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Philippines and Japan. An engineering graduate, Andrew is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He is a regular writer and speaker on real estate matters, particularly relating to inbound and outbound investment linked to China and other emerging markets.
