Amy joined Mortgage Light in 2020 as an Administration Assistant. Her problem-solving and organisational skills, honed in her previous role with a travel company, are proving very beneficial for the busy Mortgage Light team. Amy supports our mortgage brokers with clients' cases; she ensures all details are kept up to date and helps to secure mortgage offers in principle - always with a smile!
In her spare time Amy enjoys exploring the great outdoors, whether it's running, walking or mountain biking. She's also loves baking up a storm in the kitchen - something we don't complain about at Mortgage Light!

Damon joined Mortgage Light in 2021 and brings with him plenty of experience, having qualified as a broker in 2018. As part of Damon's role at Mortgage Light, he is responsible for generating new client leads and sourcing the best mortgage deals for our clients.
Outside of work, Damon enjoys family time with his wife and their young son.

Karen is our friendly Office Manager. Her tenacious manner ensures that a very tight ship is run, whilst her people orientated approach means she is a very popular member of the Mortgage Light family, not only with the team but with clients & suppliers too. Also known as our ‘Money Lady', Karen is responsible for all accounts payable & receivable for the company.
Karen joined us with over 20 years of accounts experience, having worked in large organisations including the NHS she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and accounts know how.
Out of work you will find Karen spending time with her family which now includes a new Cockerpoo puppy called Logan. Karen loves to socialise with friends & enjoys a cheeky glass of prosecco or two.

Nikki along with Daniela are the oil that keeps the cogs of Mortgage Light turning by taking control of and organising the mountains of paperwork and documents that they processes every day into an extremely effective and efficient system. This helps get documentation to lenders before they even have to ask for it and ensure that clients aren't left waiting for their mortgage offer any longer than necessary.
Having used Mortgage Light to purchase her own home she was so impressed with the service she not only recommended us to her family, she decided to join the team!
With her experience working for a national bank Nikki was well suited to Mortgage Light and quickly established herself as an integral part of the team. Her role is to ensure every application progresses as quickly as possible and to take the pressure off of our clients by proactively solving problems and avoiding delays.
Nikki is also our "GI Guru" who ensures all of our customers have General Insurance in place. She is helps all our clients whether they are purchasing a new property or simply want to see if she can get them a better deal on their current policy.
Nikki is the office fitness fanatic and is usually found in the gym on a treadmill or in a spin class from the break of dawn. She knows how to take care of herself nearly as well as she does our clients! When she does have down time she enjoys the company of friends and her faithful Westie, Max.
Paula joined the Mortgage Light family in 2022 and brings with her over 30 years of marketing experience.
Although not too sure what the job would entail, she jumped in with two feet and believed! She is now in charge of our mailer campaign, Facebook competitions, external and internal communications and creating a whole new department.
Her diverse career includes eight years as a Marketing Manager in the Financial Services sector and seven years as Marketing Director for a Belgian company. Paula's bright and positive outlook perfectly reflects the company's values - the friendly face of mortgage advice.
Paula loves any activity where she can put her creative or organisational skills to the test. Her passion for creativity extends to her life outside work too. She's an avid interior designer and can often be found watching Grand Designs or scrolling through Pinterest, searching for her next design inspiration. Animals are a big part of her life too - she and her fiancé share their lives with their two lazy dogs and their British Shorthair cat, Louis.
