AMITY HOUSE

Amity House is a community support & family resource centre providing support services to the community since 1972. We offer a wide range or programs and services to individuals and families. Our programs are designed to fill gaps in the community services, which helps build a sense of community and reduces social isolation... Amity House is a non-profit, incorporated under the Societies Act since 1974. We are also a Registered Charity since 1974. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, whose job it is to set policy and guide the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors hires and oversees the Executive Director, who in turn supervises 10 full and part-time staff.
