Alex is one of our 1st year HET apprentices, he started off as a facility technician and blew everyone away with his work ethic. He's an extremely handy guy always willing to give a hand. Alex actually single handedly built a camper van! He loves spending his spare time camping and dirt biking.

Brandon has grown up in the farming community of Warner and Taber Alberta. Coming from farming roots with a strong background in diesel mechanics holding a red seal in heavy duty and agriculture. Brandons is a true visionary and his high energy is contagious.
Brandon is new to the industry but learning rapidly and constantly expanding his industry knowledge. His joyful spirit and sense of humour truly elevates our environment here at BDI. In his spare time he shares a passion and talent for producing music. You can catch him on the weekends djing.

Chase is one of our OG shop foreman's, he started with us as a 1st year in 2014 and he is now one of our lead hands. He is very knowledgeable, analytic and is one of the core members of team BDI. Over the last almost decade BDI has watched Chase grow and evolve as we look forward to his current chapter in life involving travel and exploring.

The first member of team BDI, Conner literally helped us lay the first bricks. In between his extensive knowledge and passion for diesel he is an essential team player. Conner is the proud doting father of two very sweet girls and they are definitely daddies girls.
Dan is in the first year of his apprenticeship here at BDI. He started with all guns blazing since he had dreams of being a technician as a little boy at age 5. Dan has been expanding his hydraulic knowledge here and is always ready for a new task. Dan is an avid fisher specializing in fly fishing, he will be spending plenty of time on the Highwood river this summer.

Ian has always been a hands on type which lead him down the road of being a heavy duty technician. Ian is a Red Seal HET and automotive tech, also with a CVIP license. He comes in each day with a smile and positive attitude to set the tone right. Ian is a motorcycle enthusiast with his favourite being KTM.
Jason is new to the industry but comes loaded with mechanical knowledge. He's a quick learner with a solid work ethic, never one to shy away from a tough job. Jason is also a skilled carpenter who actually customized his tool box, its a work of art! Jason won the 2022 BDI "Rookie of the year award". Jason is also one of our members of our safety committee.

Justin is a highly skilled technician with many credentials under his belt! Not only is he a red seal journeyman but he is a GM certified diesel tech, CVIP licensed and certified in Rafna hirail. In his spare time you may likely find Justin in his own garage working on his off road Landrover or other project cars. He is a plant lover and gardener as well as a lover of the outdoors.
Kristen has 12 years invested in the automotive and heavy-duty industry. She brings a lot of experience and knowledge to our team. A customer service miracle bringing the highest level of service bar none. Kristen has entered a new exciting chapter in life as a first time mother.

Her integrity and work ethics are unmatched. She takes pride in everything she does and always has a gorgeous smile on her face. Mo is the glue that keeps us all together and is the real heart at BDI.
He has teamed up with BDI to expand our hydraulic division. We now have full machining ability with lathe and mill and can build all cylinders or components in house.
Mathew is BDI's parts shipper and receiver. Mat is the second Lloyd to join our team. He's well loved around the building and always has a positive attitude. When Mat isn't working he's busy spending time with his Husky dog or family. During the warmer months you can catch him at the golf course nearly every weekend!
McKoy has 10 years of experience under his belt including many engine jobs here at BDI. He is also the recipient of the "Rookie of the Year Award" for 2019. Mckoy has a beautiful family at home with his daughters being the apple of his eye.
Stefan joined the team in 2016 and has filled many positions over the years. Helping us in accounting and then into the service side of buisness. Stef truly embodies what BDI family is all about and is always ready to take on another day.

Stephen is one of our Automotive Diesel Specialists that's also certified in commercial inspections. He has a plethora of Ford experience that's always coming in handy. Each day Stephen is cheerful and ready for the day with a positive outlook. He is a big music lover with his favourite band being Pantera.

Steven came to BDI with 27 years experience as a technician and we are thrilled to have him as one of our shop foreman's. Steven has 18 years of Cummins experience, you can call him a Cummins pro! He's also been married for 26 years and has two grown sons. Fun fact the Stowe family has multi-generations of diesel technicians.
Steven is a first year HET apprentice. Junior decided to step in his fathers footsteps and become a heavy duty mechanic, both calling BDI their work home. Steven is an absolute joy to be around with a high level of motivation. During the weekends he loves spending time with his family, playing hockey and dirt biking.
