After getting busted in Maryland for DRUG DEALING, over 28 years ago, Brian decided to move down to Florida, where he could hide. He was a small time dealer in Maryland, but wanted bigger profits, to fund a Racquetball facility with his deceased Dad, Melvin Verger, in Maryland. He conspired, knowingly and intentionally to obtain drugs from his FL source. YOU happily accepted and enjoyed the monetary gain, but weaseled out of the punishment. The reason there is no record of him being on any drug case or indictment is because on October 1, 1980, He signed an agreement with the Federal government to be AN INFORMANT RAT.
