DFF, Inc. was formed on April 12, 2001, in celebratory memory of Barbara and Aloysius Davis Sr. Their children, Earl, Barbara, Donna, Carolyn and Deborah began discussing a family foundation in July of 1999 at the first Davis Family Reunion in Erie, Pennsylvania. At this reunion, officers were elected to govern the potential family organization. The elected officers chose April 12, 2001 as the day of incorporation in memory of Barbara and Aloysius Sr.'s wedding anniversary... The Davis Family Foundation, Inc. (DFF, Inc.) was established to continue in an organized way, to sustain family relationships and values by building on a network of family and friends that supports and maintains the concept of Morals and Character, Education and Diversity.
