Delaware Dreams is proud to support the Delaware FAME progra m (Forum to Advance Minorities in Engineering) by annually awarding a two-year college scholarship to a graduating member of the Delaware FAME program... Delaware Dreams, Inc. is a small private foundation whose primary mission is to extend support for Delaware children with serious health challenges. We work exclusively through local hospitals and other children's organizations... Delaware Dreams provides Down Syndrome Association of Delaware (DSA) funding for special events that allow children with Down syndrome to have the experiences of activities while practicing independence, developing physical and emotional health, and increasing their confidence levels.
