HOOD COUNSELING SERVICES

I am a licensed mental health counselor with the State of Washington. I earned both my B.A. degree in Psychology and my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of North Florida. I have been a practicing counselor since 2010 working with couples, families, children, groups & individuals. My clinical focus has been on anxiety, distress related to patterns of perfectionism and overachieving, navigating the pressures of business ownership and the entrepreneurial spirit, depression and mood disorders, body image and self esteem, and life change and transitions, but I have experience with a wide variety of clientele.
