Raising good cattle and good horses goes back generations deep in our entire family heritage. In 1923 Jeff's grandfather, Albert Lopez, came from Trinidad, Colorado to Mossman, South Dakota as a Top Hand for the Diamond A Cattle Company. Albert stayed in South Dakota and established a life-long reputation of raising the best of ranch and using horses in South Dakota. Following Grandfather Albert's example, our goal has always been to continue that rich tradition by offering horses that are bred for intelligence, keen minds, athletic ability with style, conformation, color, and stamina that can work in the arena or at home on the ranch.
