Human Resources and Career Coaching is a second career for me following 11 years as a radio broadcaster - working largely on the Classic Hits and ZM music networks as a writer and breakfast show host. After returning to university to study Business Psychology and Human Resource Management, I worked as a generalist Human Resources practitioner providing advice and support to managers in recruitment, employment law, performance management, training, coaching and managing employment relationships.
