Born and raised in New Brunswick, New Jersey, James Harding, son of Dr. Mary H. Harding and the Honorable J. Norris Harding, J.S.C., is a second generation attorney whose family has been practicing law for over 50 years in the greater New Brunswick area... Mr. Harding is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland (1995), majoring in political science and receiving a Bachelor of Arts. Mr. Harding completed his legal education at the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, receiving his J.D. in 1998.
