JN Corcoran Inc was founded in 2006 and is operated by a husband and wife team (John & Nikki). Since we started our business has steadily grown. In our business we have two areas, one is marine and the other is landscape/hardscape. We use the most advanced and the highest grade materials available. We constantly strive to introduce new and more innovative ideas into our business... For the marine portion of our business we install dock and boathouse foundations, and breakwalls. We drive two types of pilings, steel and fiberglass. We also install CHANCE helical piers (ABChance.com) and are a certified CHANCE installer. We have the ability to drill through any rock or ledge surface. The lumber we use is a marine grade lumber. Our brackets are custom made and all of our brackets and hardware is coated with a hot dip galvanize. We apply for all agency permits... For the landscape/hardscape portion of our business we install walkways, steps, patios, retaining walls, stone piers and fire..
