Andrea joined Hussey Fraser in 2011, becoming Managing Partner in 2021.
Andrea has extensive experience in all aspects of Plaintiff and Defence personal injury litigation with key emphasis on expert advice and communication, to achieve the best possible outcome for the client, whether via negotiated settlement, mediation or trial.
Andrea also provides advice and representation on a broad spectrum of employment law issues to employers and employees, from negotiation on contract terms, to mediation and hearings in the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court. She has a wealth of knowledge on equality and gender issues, maternity and parental leave protections, and issues of stress and bullying in the workplace.
Andrea is the firm's expert in Data Privacy and provides advice to a range of clients, both individually and commercially, in relation to data breaches, data access requests and general GDPR advices.

Cansu has worked as a personal injury solicitor with Hussey Fraser since her qualification. She previously trained in a general practice law firm in Dublin where she gained extensive experience in personal injury law, medical negligence and family law.
Cansu also gained invaluable experience whilst working in a general practice law firm in Galway before moving to Dublin to undertake her training.
Since qualifying as a Solicitor, Cansu has acted on behalf of clients in the District, Circuit and High Court. John joined Hussey Fraser in 2003 and was made Partner in 2009. John has extensive experience in many areas of general litigation and also specialises in personal injury and medical negligence. John handles litigation in both the Circuit and High Court.
John has extensive knowledge of personal injury litigation with an excellent knowledge of the industry. He has represented Plaintiffs in many large and ground-breaking personal injury and medical negligence cases, including a very significant result in a case involving injury to a Plaintiff on a veranda in a golf club which was heard in the High Court in June 2014.

Jonathan specialises in Personal injury litigation and material damage claims and his passion is getting the best possible results for his clients. He also ensures his clients are fully informed and up to date on the progress of their claim. Jonathan joined Hussey Fraser in 2015, having previously worked in a large insurance brokerage for 9 years, gaining a vast extent of knowledge and experience within the insurance industry.
Whilst working within the insurance industry Jonathan studied at the Insurance Institute, completing and achieving his Certificate Insurance Practitioner in 2012 (CIP) and is currently working towards the Managerial diploma in insurance (MDI).

Lauren joined Hussey Fraser in 2022 shortly after qualifying as a solicitor. She trained in a general practice law firm where she acquired considerable experience in conveyancing and litigation.
Since joining Hussey Fraser, Lauren has acted on behalf of a number of clients in the District, Circuit and High Court in a diverse range of cases. Lauren gained strong customer service skills whilst working in the hospitality industry and uses these skills to ensure that her clients are updated regularly and that they understand each stage of the legal process.

As a qualified engineer Simon has gained extensive professional, commercial and management experience in the Civil Engineering and Information Technology Sectors. Simon joined Hussey Fraser in 2003 and is now applying this experience, as a solicitor to the practise of Law and in particular the practise of Law in the Construction Industry in Ireland.
