Allen Phibbs returns to KEA Advisors as Director of Education and Industry Relations. He brings expertise in Operations Management and Education, Leadership Development and Transition Planning. He is also an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team certified to independently facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth Allen is a licensed CPA in Virginia, having practiced Public Accounting with both regional and national CPA firms and has over 20 years of dealership management, advisory and education experience.
Allen is a college basketball fanatic, rooting for the University of Virginia Cavaliers. He and his wife enjoy gardening and dining out and winery excursions with their friends. They are also excited about their growing family with the addition of 2 Daughter-in-Laws this year.

Keith Ely is the founder and managing shareholder of KEA Advisors. He has over 30 years of dealership management and advisory experience, serving over 300 dealerships in education or onsite engagement capacity. Keith has been an ATD Dealer Candidate Academy instructor since 1996, and currently assists with the design of the curriculum for the program.
Kent Ely is the Controller for KEA Advisors. He also makes time to share his ten years of commercial truck sales experience and expertise in Parts Department operations. Kent has been an ATD parts instructor since 2015.
