Cary A. "Bo" Hardee, III, a lifelong resident of Madison County, has over 10 years of experience practicing law in Florida. He attended North Florida Community College and Florida State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and criminology in 1995. In 1999, he was awarded his Juris Doctor from The Stetson University College of Law. Currently, he is a partner at The Hardee Law Firm, PL. He is a sixth generation Floridian and a fourth generation attorney. His namesake, his great great uncle was the governor of the State of Florida from 1921-1925. Bo is a member of various groups in the state of Florida, both on a personal, professional, and religious level. He lives in Madison, Florida, with his wife Suzi, their two children, and two dogs.

James B. "Justin" Davis, IV serves as the President of the JMPHS Governing Board. He has twenty years of experience in business with extensive involvement in fundraising. Throughout high school, Justin worked professionally in his family's businesses, Jimmy Davis Enterprises, Inc. and J.B. Davis Oil, Inc. In 1999, while attending North Florida Community College, Justin launched Justin Davis Enterprises, Inc., a transportation specialist company. In 2004, he joined with Jacob K. Johnson to form Optimus, LLC, a commercial enterprise and real estate development company. Currently, Justin is completing his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Leo University with plans to obtain a Master's of Business Administration.

Julie G. Townsend, DNP, RN has been a resident of Madison County, FL for more than 25 years. She is a FL native and attended the University of Florida for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After practicing as a registered nurse for about 10 years, she achieved her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Florida State University. To continue her educational career, she attended Nova Southeastern University for her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Currently, Dr. Townsend teaches bachelor of science nursing students at ECPI University. She and her husband, Brian have two sons and are active at First Baptist Church of Madison. She also enjoys volunteering her time in many different service capacities.
