Dr Cameron Warren

Dr Cameron Warren is a graduate of Wollongong University with experience working in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven's hospitals as well as the North Coast of NSW. He holds fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr Warren has a broad range of medical experience from paediatrics through to geriatric medicine, and has a strong interest in medical education, chronic disease management, mental health and dermatology. Dr Warren performs comprehensive skin cancer checks, biopsies and skin cancer treatments.

Dr David Grant

Dr Grant's interests outside of medicine have mainly been in sports: tennis, rugby union, skiing and now cycling.

Dr Elspeth (Ellie) Holbrook

Dr Ellie Holbrook joined the practice in 2015. She graduated with honours from the University of Wales School of Medicine (United Kingdom) in 2008 during which time she also gained a degree in Neuroscience. Ellie came to Australia in 2014 and has settled long-term in the area with her husband. Ellie enjoys all areas of general practice and is happy to see men, women and children of all ages. She has a particular interest in Women's Health, Contraception (including Implanon and IUD insertion), Pregnancy Options and Mental Health.

Dr Emily O'Donnell

Dr Emily O'Donnell is originally from Washington, DC. After finishing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Australia where she studied medicine at the University of Sydney. Emily completed her intern and resident years at Bankstown-Lidcombe and Campbelltown Hospitals. This included a year in obstetrics and gynaecology, as well as exposure to a broad range of medical specialties. Emily has a special interest in women's and children's health and has completed the RANZCOG Certificate of Women's Health and the Family Planning NSW Reproductive and Sexual Health Certificate. She is also registered to provide antenatal GP shared care. Emily has recently moved to the Illawarra with her husband and two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring the local area and spending time at the beach with her family.

Dr Emma Gilchrist

Dr Gilchrist worked as a paramedic with the NSW Ambulance Service before studying medicine, graduating from the University of Sydney with honours in 2006. She then began her training in Wagga Wagga Base Hospital as a junior doctor where she undertook special skills training in Emergency Medicine. She subsequently undertook specialist general practice training in Wagga Wagga, Gundagai and Jerrabomberra. Dr Gilchrist has undertaken further training in and children's health and women's health. She also takes part in teaching GP registrars and medical students and instructing other doctors in emergency skills training. She enjoys all the variety of work involved in general practice medicine. In her spare time Dr Gilchrist enjoys dabbling in photography and spending time with her husband, 2 children and 2 cavoodles. Her special interests are Women's Health (including Implanon and Mirena insertion), Children's Health, Antenatal Shared Care (with Wollongong Hospital and Shoalhaven Hospital) and Emergency Medicine.

Dr Grace Parker

Dr Grace Parker graduated from the University of Adelaide and undertook her training as a junior doctor in the ACT ans subsequently moved to the South Coast to be closer to family and her partner. She is currently undertaking her specialist General Practice training and has worked in Bowral and Nowra before joining us in Kiama DrGrace enjoys the huge diversity of patients she sees in general practice. She has particular interest in children, women's health including antenatal shared care, skin cancer, preventative medicine and care of elderly members of the community. She has undertaken further studies in childrens' health, completing the Sydney Child Health Program and is able to provide antenatal care as well as insertion of Implanon. Outside of medicine Grace loves to cook and is learning how to tend a garden. She is also enjoying exploring the beautiful bushwalks on the South Coast and stand-up paddle-boarding on the Minnamurra River.

Dr Henry Nowlan

Dr Henry Nowlan holds a fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP). He completed a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery Honours (first class) at the University of Tasmania (2010). Dr Henry Nowlan is an accredited skin cancer doctor with the Skin Cancer College Australasia. He is able to provide skin cancer checks and treatments for skin cancer. Dr Nowlan has completed additional training in Emergency Medicine receiving an Emergency Medicine Certificate. Henry is registered to provide Antenatal GP Shared Care and Implanon contraception. In his free time, Henry enjoys spending time with his young family and various outdoor pursuits.

Dr Marcus Coelho

Dr Marcus Coelho graduated in medicine in Brazil in 2003. He then completed training in Internal Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine and Ultrasonography. After obtaining his specialist degree in Intensive Care in 2010 Dr Coelho established an ICU in the Brazilian Amazonia were he worked until 2016. While working in ICU he realised the need for his patients had to have a GP with an interest in the management of ongoing complex medical situations after their discharge from ICU. He returned to General Practice to be able to support those patients, sharing his time between the General Practice and the ICU. In 2016 Dr Coelho and his family decided to move to Australia. In Australia he has worked in Emergency Medicine initially in Bowral and subsequently in Wollongong and Shellharbour.

Dr Niamh Sheridan

Dr Niamh Sheridan has worked at Kiama Medical Practice since 2006. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland) in 2000. She worked at St James's Hospital Dublin for a year before moving to Derry (Northern Ireland) where she worked in Altnagelvin Hospital for 2 years (as part of her GP training program), She gained knowledge of Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry, Ear Nose and Throat, Dermatology, Respiratory Medicine and General Medicine. Dr Sheridan completed her GP training in a GP Practice in Derry (Northern-Ireland). Following this, she worked in Northern Ireland as a GP before moving to a GP Practice in Howden (Yorkshire, U.K.). In 2006, she moved to Australia with her husband and son. Dr Sheridan has completed her NSW family planning training in Australia, including Implanon and IUD insertions, as well as the Diploma of Child Health, and is currently undertaking further training in skin cancer medicine. At Kiama Medical Practice she covers all areas of General Practice and sees patients of all ages, ranging from babies to the elderly. In addition, she sees patients in Blue Haven Nursing Home (Kiama) and Mayflower Nursing Home (Gerringong).In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. Her hobbies include running (having completed half marathons and a marathon), cycling (having completed the Ride to Conquer cancer twice) and triathlons. You might also find her on a stand up paddle board on the Minnamurra River.
