The Linden Industrial Association was incorporated on April 25, 1935. Some of its founding members such as Apex Plating & Polishing, DuPont, Merck & Co., Inc. Public Service Electric & Gas Company and Solar Compounds Corporation remain members today. Others such as A&M Industrial Supply Co., Billick & Sons, Inc., Cogen Technologies Linden Venture L.P., Phillips 66 Bayway Refinery, Epicor, Inc., Flexline/U.S. Brass & Copper Corp., General Magnaplate, Hatch Mott Macdonald (Formally Killam Associates), Infineum USA L.P., Linden Bulk Transportation Co. Inc., Mercer Coating & Lining Company, Inc., Paramount Metal Fin., Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., and Total Lubricants USA, Inc. remain part of the proud history of the Linden Industrial Community.
