Mavilo farms is an olive orchard located in Hollister, CA within beautiful San Benito County. The climate here is ideal for growing some of the best olive varieties within the country. Our high end oils have a very distinct flavor, and are ideal for cooking flavorful dishes that let the oil enhance the taste of anything it is included in. Our oils are hand harvested in the fall each year, and the oil is pressed within 24 hours of picking to give the finished product a flavor like no other olive oil on the market.
