We encourage our clients to contact us as early as possible before the event to receive a quote, reserve the date and to allow enough time to create your extraordinary cake(s)! Note: We suggest reserving your Wedding Cake 3 months prior to the event date to assure availability on your special day. All rush jobs subject to a $100 rush fee... Each of our cakes is made from scratch which means that our clients enjoy a fresh, naturally moist cake. Using only Italian meringue buttercream, fresh cream mousses, European chocolate, and fresh fruit, we ensure that only the highest quality ingredients are used in the creation of our cakes. Anything less than this would fail to achieve the singularly decadent cakes that our clients have found themselves coming back for year after year...
