I am a clinically trained, licensed psychotherapist and career coach based in New York City with over 20 years of experience working in executive leadership positions in nonprofit organizations and developing staff competencies and capabilities. I've learned through my experience that people can be developed into strong leaders, both in their professional lives, as well as in their personal lives... My clinical training from New York University has developed my psychotherapy skills in psychodynamic, insight-oriented therapy and cognitive behavioral models in a harm reduction modality. I have also received credentialing as an alcohol and substance abuse counselor. I work with all adult specializing LGBT issue, working with people questioning gender identity and those questioning sexual orientation. My experience has been in HIV, sexual health, addiction, life changes and transitions, and mood disorders, inclusive of depression and anxiety.
