Allison Yorra

Allison is a (NASM and AAAI-ISMA) Certified Personal Trainer with a physical therapy education. Her passion for training has helped clients live healthier lives throughout the DC/MD/VA area for over twenty-five years. She brings this experience and enthusiasm to her clients every day, making exercise fun, creative and engaging. Allison specializes in the over-50 population, but her clients have ranged from young adult to octogenarian. With her physical therapy education and her love of strength training, Allison helps clients get stronger and move safely toward an improved quality of life.

Angela Odutoye

Angela is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. Fitness has become a passion for her as she went through her own journey of struggling being overweight and overcoming the obstacle of healthy eating but making both a way of life instead of a quick fix. She successfully reached her goals and became comfortable in her own skin. She then decided to leave a 17 year career of being sedentary and behind a desk to follow her passion to help others achieve their health and wellness goals the right way. What she enjoys most about her work is seeing couples, who enjoy fitness together, and reach their goals of a more active lifestyle! When she is not helping others with their fitness goals, she enjoys indoor cycling, strength training, and long walks with her husband & their Yorkie, Kooper.

Ashley Kunzman

Ashley started her fitness career with a BS in Exercise Science and went on to obtain an ACSM personal training certification and an ACE orthopedic exercise specialist certification. Her education has paved the way for her to introduce her clients to a fitness lifestyle. She has a passion for educating individuals of all ages on how to transform their lives to become a stronger, healthier version of themselves. She enjoys encouraging her clients to think positively and motivate themselves in their journey to reach their fitness goals. Ashely is currently dividing her time between her personal training and her work as a special education teacher working with high school students who have been diagnosed with moderate to severe autism. Ashley spends her free time coaching high school field hockey and basketball.

Cody McMullen

Cody is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with certified specialties in Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss and Fitness Nutrition. He is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He has been an online Trainer and Coach, guiding individuals towards reaching their personal goals whether it be athletic, weight loss, or rehabilitative in nature. Cody has also engineered and led group training sessions and boot camps. Fola Awosika

A 20-year veteran in the fitness industry, Coach Fola knows how to engage his audiences to reach their full potential. Co-creating multiple fitness companies to provide fitness to all, Fola is deeply motivated to continue bringing fitness knowledge and benefits to the masses. "My favorite thing about being a fitness professional is empowering the everyday person to embrace a fitness lifestyle. Encouraging all levels of ability to challenge themselves to be their fittest versions is always a focus for me". Julie Shein

Her specialty is working with the over-50 population, post-surgery or disability, with a focus on safely improving strength and balance. Julie is an avid runner with a life-long commitment to exercise. Her degree and experience in the physical therapy clinic allow her to work with each client and address all of their personal training needs. Whether they have had a previous surgery, a current diagnosis, or are experiencing some of the challenges of aging, Julie uses her career knowledge to create the best possible exercise program for every individual.

Kathy Simons

Kathy is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Post Rehab Specialist and Health Coach with the energy and ideas to keep her clients motivated. She started her education as a radiologic technician but realized her true passion was exercise and fitness. As a personal trainer for over 25 years, Kathy has helped clients from 12-85 years of age recover from an injury, lose weight, and live a healthier lifestyle. In addition, Kathy's knowledge of the LSVT "Big" Parkinson's program and PD training has helped her clients lead safer, fuller lives. When not helping others, she enjoys running, golf, gardening and hiking with her dog. Kathy is based in Hershey,PA and represents PTPOST in that area.

LaToya Morton

LaToya is an enthusiastic Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist with over 15 years of experience as a health professional. She is a Towson University Alumni and holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from the California University of Pennsylvania. LaToya found her passion for coaching athletes as a Division I track and field athlete and has experience coaching at the University level as a strength and conditioning coach for the University of DC. She has a passion to help people restore their bodies back to balance through health coaching with weight management and recovery exercises to reduce injury, pain and stress. LaToya is also a United States Army Veteran and is currently an active army reservist. She found her passion for body work recovery after experiencing an injury during her time in the army. Determined to return to high level performance, LaToya enhanced her education with stretching and massage certifications. LaToya works with individuals and groups with a focus on recovering from sports injuries as well as those deconditioned from inactivity. She believes that injury prevention is key to a positive experience for both athletes and desk-bound workers to perform at their best.

Michelle Hines

Michelle is a Certified Personal Trainer through NCSF, with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has always been passionate about exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. She has worked in many different fitness environments including Physical Therapy clinics, Chiropractic clinics, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, and commercial gyms. She is a firm believer that exercise is a form of medicine and believes that staying physically active can not only prevent medical conditions, but also be a treatment to preexisting conditions. She enjoys working with all populations, encouraging and motivating her clients during every stage of their journey. She loves to see the progress her clients make. Whether they are big or small, it is still an accomplishment! In her free time, Michelle is a competitive bikini division bodybuilder so she loves to spend time lifting in the gym herself. She also loves spending time outside, with her loved ones, and her Husky.

Sean Cutter

Training athletes, teaching coaches and trainers about conditioning has been his passion for over 30 years. Following graduate school he opened a Personal training facility, Cutter Bodies Inc. , in the Kingstowne section of Alexandria, Va. For 20 years, he owned, operated, and coached individuals and athletes who were looking for that competitive edge. He also implemented fitness programs to assist with mentally and physically challenged individuals to prepare them for the Special Olympics in Washington, D.C. As a coach and trainer he has always looked for new training methods to assist with improving performance. The ability to excel and reach new levels of performance, and counteract injury, are his main areas of focus. This means creating more functional, movement based fitness and active rehabilitation programs. In his free time he likes to spend time with his family; other areas of interest include Scuba Diving, Martial Arts and Golf.

Ty Ngo

Ty Ngo is a Certified Fitness Coach, Medical Exercise Specialist, and a Wellness Consultant with over a decade of experience. Ty's passion for health and wellness comes from his mother, an Internal Medicine Physician, and from a lifelong love of athletics that started at the age of seven when he began studying martial arts. He holds three 3rd degree black belts in different martial arts disciplines. Ty received an academic scholarship to the University of Southern California where he graduated Summa Cum Laude from USC Keck School of Medicine. Ty received a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science - Biokinesiology, a Master's Degree in Sports Medicine - Human Biomechanics, and a Master's Degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation. Ty is a certified Medical Exercise Specialist (MES) and Post-Rehab Conditioning Specialist (PRCS) by the Medical Exercise Training Institute (METI); a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Ty's training philosophy is based on building a foundation of core strength, followed by a "move right first" premise; moving the body through daily life without any dysfunction. His implementation of functional training allows clients to pursue hobbies, sports and activities of daily living easily and without injuries. Ty clients have come from all health and fitness levels; individuals with chronic medical conditions, post rehabilitation, deconditioned, general health and fitness, and sports athletes.
