Julian has more than 20 years experience in the property & construction industry. He is responsible for the implementation of development plans on all Pathgate projects & oversees the day to day maintenance of our investment portfolio. Julian is married with three children & also lives in the South Hams.

Paul has an honours degree in valuation & estate management. He oversees the financial, legal & operational aspects of the Pathgate portfolio & is also responsible for the acquisition of new sites. He is married with two children & lives in the South Hams.
