R4RD, O.C. Coastkeeper, and Surfrider Foundation appealed the city's approval to the California Coastal Commission (CCC), which determined the City had indeed compromised its LCP... Why we got started: A group of concerned citizens felt that the community was not being represented as the City of Huntington Beach and the local water districts began negotiations with Poseidon Resources.
