Owners Spiro Alexander and Rick Roder founded the Rutherford Pancake House to fill the void in the Rutherford downtown area for a casual American eatery... Their goal to serve up breakfast with a healthier take has taken them on a journey to create a menu with a contemporary catch on the traditional. The menu was designed with today's health conscious consumer in mind. The freshest ingredients are used to make the meticulously prepared meals under the strictest hygienic conditions. The Pancakes are only accompanied with fresh fruit, the corn beef hash is homemade and the burgers are flame broiled 100% certified Angus beef. From the fresh Blueberries for the pancakes to the Maryland crab cake eggs Benedict, diners can expect a distinctive culinary experience. A vegetarian and vegan selection with daily homemade soups, delicious sandwiches and salads is also available.
