Brad is an Inuvialuit beneficiary originally from the Northwest Territories. He has a great family, with 4 beautiful children, Keenan, Alainna, Theron and Umialik.
He started his first company at 18 years old. This business he successfully operated for 9 years. Closing the company doors in 2002 to follow in his father's footsteps. He joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police service.
After 7 years in the force, Brad decided that private business was where his true passion lay. He left the force and formed Territorial Investments Ltd along with business partner, Gary Reidford.
When Brad is not joking around or teasing everyone, he is an "ideas guy" and an opportunist by nature. If there is an opportunity to further develop the business, Brad is on it. The business has steadily grown and continues to challenge him everyday.
Brad was born and raised in the north and loves it here. He works hard everyday to create opportunities. He is committed to always trying to hire local people. Giving back to the community and the people is very important to Brad and he does it every chance he gets.

Gary has been involved in the private business sector for more than 30 years. During his career, he has built, owned and operated some very successful companies. The last of which is Territorial Investments Ltd.
Gary moved north more than 20 years ago and fell in love with the lifestyle and the people. He dedicated his life to business in the north, providing much needed services to the people here. Although his heart is in the north, his family is in the south, so these days he splits his time between the NWT and Salmon Arm, BC.
Always working well into the night, and back at it early the next morning, he is a dedicated businessman. You can often find Gary with the telephone in one hand and a pen in the other. He loves the telephone and does 90% of his business deals this way. Gary is tireless in his dedication to the business.
After meeting Bradley Carpenter, Judi left a career in business management to come north in 2009. She has spent the last couple of years raising their two young children Theron and Umialik.
Judi still somehow finds the time and energy to run the increasingly busy office at Territorial Investments Ltd. Brad and Gary both rely heavily on her ability to organize their lives.
Judi also has a passion for the culinary arts and makes sure no one goes hungry in the office. The true mothering nature of this great lady makes her invaluable to the business.
