I have been an athlete all my life. I started figure skating at age 6 and skated both competitively and in shows for over 13 years. In high school I ran track and cross country. Running soon became my outlet and passion. I have been a certified fitness instructor for over 25 years teaching fitness and indoor cycle classes at various clubs around the Sacramento Area. I love to help others and so coaching and training have always been a great fit for me...
