THE SWAN PROJECT

The SWAN project provides placements for qualified counsellors as well as therapists in training. We have up to 60 counsellors working at the project at any one time... We expect volunteers to offer at least four sessions a week. We provide four hours of supervision with a group of up to four peers, twice monthly in accordance with BACP guidelines... We are a charity offering low-cost, long-term counselling primarily to those with an active addiction or in recovery, however we won't turn anyone away if we think we can help (must be over 18).
