TOUCH OF TLC

Central Coast resident and Touch of TLC Owner, Teresa Cadman, graduated from the Esthetics Course at Waynes College of Beauty in May 2007. Prior to obtaining her esthetic license, her employment background included many years in skin care (retail sales), tour operations and accounting.
