After growing up in rural Oakland, Nebraska, Chad attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and graduated with a Bachelor's in Marketing in 1993.
Chad joined Tagge Rutherford in 1994, serving as Vice President of Marketing and Client Relations, as well as being a financial advisor. He became a partner of the firm in 2004.
As Chief Marketing Officer for Tagge Rutherford, Chad works with his team's high net worth individual and corporate clientele.
Chad also serves on the Board of Directors with several area charities, handling multiple fundraising events.
When not working, Chad often ponders if the Huskers will ever reclaim their glory days and sneaks in several rounds of golf around his unsuspecting wife. When he's not on the course, he does love spending time with his wife Tara, and their children-Mack, Cooper and Mae.

Dustin was born and raised in Red Oak, IA. After graduating from Red Oak High School and moving to Omaha, NE to attend Creighton University, his summer job as a bartender would lead him to a career in hospitality. After nearly a decade in the food and beverage industry, the birth of his first child led Dustin to hang up his chef's coat and become a stay-at-home father, an experience he says is "the hardest job that I have ever had, but by far the most rewarding."
Dustin began his career in financial services in 2011 with WoodmenLife, where he focused on life insurance and annuity-based retirement planning. During this time he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis and Management from Bellevue University.
In 2016, Dustin joined the Tagge Rutherford team, choosing to grow his practice by focusing on the individual client's needs and assisting them in setting realistic and attainable goals. Dustin enjoys professional education, networking, and building his practice through referrals from family, friends, and clients.

Jack was born and raised in Elkhorn, NE. After graduating from Elkhorn South High School, he attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism with a concentration in Business Administration. Jack began his career in the financial services industry in 2020 with Mutual of Omaha where he steadily grew his business and earned the title of Financial Consultant. In the summer of 2021, he decided to join the Tagge Rutherford team in a similar role. His main objective is to provide stability to each of his clients through collaborative, goals-based planning.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with friends and family, cheering on the Huskers, and staying active by participating in various recreational sports leagues. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his girlfriend, Paige.

Josh grew up and graduated from high school in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He joined Tagge Rutherford in the summer of 2019 to be the firm's Compliance Officer. Josh has served several roles for the company and oversees all business operations. Josh's current role is Branch Manager as well as being a Financial Consultant for Tagge Rutherford.
Recognizing that each client has individual needs, Josh dedicates himself to understanding and appreciating each client's situation before making recommendations. He believes in educating clients and works diligently to help them develop achievable goals, understand their financial choices and portfolios, and implement strategies that assist them in attaining their personal plans.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys staying active by participating in basketball and softball leagues, spending quality time with family, and enjoying the outdoors as much as the weather permits. Most importantly, Josh enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Payton, his son, Cameron, & their two rescue dogs, Murphy and Cooper.

Scott grew up in Laurel, Nebraska and received his Bachelors of Arts from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska.
With Majors in Education, History, Social Science, and a Minor in Philosophy, Scott spent three years as a teacher and coach before entering the Financial Services Industry.
Scott has been in the wealth building industry for 28 years and joined Tagge-Rutherford in 1995 as a Partner and Managing Executive-positions he still maintains.
Throughout his career he has served on multiple local and national committees been published in Business Week and multiple times appeared as a guest on local news programs.
Scott assists his clients in creating a financial roadmap to help them navigate through the many phases of their lives to ultimately help them create financial confidence.

Scott is married to his wife Kristy and has two daughters Paxton and Allee. He is a Husker and Steeler fan and an avid golfer.
