Visions in Motion is an Elk Grove based corporation that provides a personalized and comprehensive Adult Day Program for developmentally disabled individuals 18 years and older. We provide health and wellness activities, as well as an educational and fitness programs. Together with the client, their family/caregivers and our staff, we will establish a plan of care that enables the client to participate in daily activities that maximizes their unique abilities and skills...
