Anne spent time in industry as a chartered accountant prior to moving into tax, which gives her a greater understanding of the requirements of many clients, providing a broader more commercial view. She is responsible for corporate tax in the firm, which includes the compliance for a wide range of groups and companies and has extensive experience in the following areas:
Research and Development claims for companies from all industries including IT, Food & Drink, Medical equipment, and for all sizes of claims ranging from small to the maximum available under both the SME and RDEC Schemes.

Ellie has been with the firm for nearly four years in a mixed tax role during which time she has completed the joint ACA CTA qualification and begun mentoring other members of the team.

Grace joined RPGCC in 2021 after having completed her ACA exams.
Grace has a wealth of experience across a wide variety of clients including engineering, construction and manufacturing businesses.
Grace has particular interest in IFRS standards and disclosure requirements for different sized entities ranging from small companies up to larger groups and listed companies and always aims to adapt to the job at hand, providing a smooth service throughout the audit process.

Jeremy arrived at RPG Crouch Chapman in early 2017 with over 20 year's experience in the accountancy profession. In that time he has worked in audit, advisory services and corporate finance and now joins RPG as a partner in the Business Services Group. Jeremy will continue to bring his broad level of experience to bear in delivering compliance based statutory accounts services, advising on due diligence and transactional assignments and continuing to fulfil the role of a Responsible Individual as one of the firm's Senior Statutory Auditors.
Outside of work Jeremy has an active role in his local rugby club Bedford Athletic and can be found running the line as the club touch judge most Saturdays. He is also Chairman of his local Parish Council.

Kay is our Head of Marketing and joined us in 2023 having spent more than 30 years working in the Accounting and Legal services sector. Kay is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Kay's main focus is on creating engaging communications, lead generation, and building and enhancing new and existing relationships across the business. Her day can include anything from web development, content creation, social media engagement, email communications, creative design, networking and advertising all with a focus on the development and promotion of our brand.
In her spare time Kay enjoys baking, cycling and in the Summer paddle-boarding.

Kelly is a VAT professional with over 20 years of experience. She joined KPMG in 1999 where she qualified and worked within the VAT practice until 2013.

Kelly also has experience working in-house (Tesco, Charterhouse) and over the past five years has worked as an independent VAT consultant.
Kelly focuses on planning and advisory work and specialises in VAT exemptions and reliefs, whilst also working across all sectors.
She advises that "any change in business structure, supply chains or the nature of the goods or services sold is likely to impact the VAT profile of the business, with any mistakes potentially having a major impact on the bottom line. VAT, like other taxes, can be daunting but my aim is to break it down into something that is clear and easy for businesses to deal with."

Mark has worked widely under both IFRS and US GAAP and has presented to external audiences on the use and first-time application of IFRS in addition to the implementation of FRS 102 in the UK.
Mark has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including construction, utilities, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and technology. Based on this experience, Mark currently serves both foreign invested and domestic clients in the UK.
Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand after working in manufacturing industry, which included a 1-year secondment to internal audit.

Matthew is the head of the corporate finance department and has wide ranging corporate finance transaction experience, specialising in due diligence, lead advisory and corporate recovery transactions.
He has completed transactions across a large number of sectors including recruitment, IT, beauty, manufacturing, logistics and education. Matt's expertise covers disposals, acquisitions, MBOs, fund raising, due diligence and strategic planning and he has a significant network of contacts across banks, private equity houses, lawyers and alternative lenders.

Mohammad joined Crouch Chapman in 2011 as an audit trainee and completed his ICAEW training contract in 2013. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation having completed the qualification during his secondment in 2015 specialising in owner managed businesses and medium to large corporates.
Mohammad is an Audit Partner leading audit, assurance and advisory engagements predominantly with owner managed as well as private equity backed medium to large sized businesses and groups.
Mohammad is a firm believer in working collaboratively with businesses when they encounter challenges and opportunities and takes the lead in finding appropriate solutions.
He works closely with his clients to ensure they feel comfortable to contact us with any concerns or issues they are experiencing immediately which helps to mitigate audit issues in an efficient manner for both the client and his team.

Paul Randall is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and has over 15 years of experience working in audit, corporate finance and general practice. Raj qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2018 and joined RPG Crouch Chapman as an Audit Manager in 2022.
Previously having 9 years of general practice experience in auditing and accounting for various sized companies and groups along with corporate and personal tax. Raj has worked with clients operating in a range of industries including shipping, recruitment, manufacturing, residential care and architecture.
In addition to his skills in auditing and accounting Raj has experience of a variety of accounting software packages and new system integrations.
Outside of work Raj enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and 2 young children and generally trying to relax whenever their busy lives allow it. He also enjoys playing snooker and pool.

Sam obtained his ACA qualification in 2020, in an audit and accounts focussed role. Sam joined the Corporate Finance team at the start of 2022. Since joining, Sam has worked on a variety of M&A transactions, with deal ranges between £1m - £150m across a multitude of sectors. Sam also has a keen interest in producing valuations and creating financial models and cashflow projections for clients.

Steve joined RPG Crouch Chapman in 2015 with over 15 years of experience in the accountancy profession specialising in small and medium sized owner managed businesses.

Steve is now a partner in the Audit Department and his clients operate in a range of industries including wholesalers, trade associations, construction and professional services.

Tim has 18 years' experience in mixed tax roles. Having trained with a top 10 firm, once he qualified in 2006, he moved to a west-end firm specialising in Owner-Managed Businesses and international private clients.
Throughout his career, Tim has maintained a broad knowledge of tax to enable him to provide integrated holistic solutions to entrepreneurial tax issues. He also has a strong focus on international tax issues.
Tim has worked with clients in a wide range of sectors such as property, technology, professional services as well as private clients.
Recent experience includes:
M&A work such as tax due diligence and structuring on multi-million pound deals
Expert witness in litigation and criminal proceedings, most recently in connection with mis-selling tax schemes

Wes arrived at RPG Crouch Chapman in mid-2018 with 12 years' experience as a partner in a regional firm, having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 at the same firm.
During his career so far, Wes has been involved in all aspects of advising owner-managed businesses together with the owners, but with particular skills in structural and holistic tax planning.
He regularly deals with a variety of industries but has extensive knowledge of property investments and developments, internet based businesses and financial traders.
