C. Deryl Couch, Managing Director and General Counsel, has been a corporate, securities, and tax attorney since 1987. Prior to joining Sun Capital in 2000, Mr. Couch served as a Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of an NYSE-listed specialty finance company. From 1987 through 1998, Mr. Couch practiced law with White & Case in New York, and most recently served as a Partner with Greenberg Traurig in Florida. Mr. Couch received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University and his JD from Cornell Law School.

Gabriel Danielachvili, Vice President, joined Sun European Partners in 2016. He previously served as an Associate with Morgan Stanley Investment Banking in London focusing on Financial Sponsor transactions. Mr Danielachvili received a BSc Accounting & Finance degree from the University of Warwick.
Harsh Mehta, Group COO, joined Sun European in 2023. Prior to joining Sun European, Mr Mehta previously held leadership roles at high-growth technology driven businesses. Before this, he worked in the value creation team at BC Partners and has held leadership roles at Amazon. Mr Mehta has also worked at Bain & Company and has an MBA from IMD Switzerland and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
Helene Egebøl, Group COO, joined Sun European in September 2023. Prior to joining Sun European, Mrs. Egebøl worked as Operating Partner for Triton Partners. Previously, she has held both CEO/Managing Director positions as well as Commercial director positions in different technology and services companies in Denmark. Mrs. Egebøl started her career within management consulting working for Kearney out of London and Düsseldorf. Mrs. Egebøl has an MS in Business Administration from the Heinrich-Heine University of Düsseldorf.
