Dovid Sharman is a seasoned real estate professional and investor. His family has been investing into property since 1959.
Utilizing his legal background Dovid entered the real estate world firstly in the healthcare sector as property director of one of the UK'S largest nursing home companies and then setting up Kingsbridge partners. His creative solutions to different deal scenarios is reflected in his track record in various property sectors.
Jonathan completed his Urban Estate Management degree in 2010 with a planning law and development appraisal specialism. Jonathan joined Kingsbridge in early 2010 after working at one of the UK's leading real estate investment funds, Investream where he developed a niche in site acquisition and research.
At Kingsbridge, Jonathan is responsible for London office lettings and acquisitions as well as working with the partners within the broader agency team to source and sell property.

Jonathan Kennedy is the Director of Land & Development at Kingsbridge. He joined Kingsbridge in 2010 after a four year spell at Knight Frank where he was Associate Partner. Jonathan has worked with clients including The National Trust, BUPA, Countryside, Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes and Miller homes as a well as a host of private land clients. At Kingsbridge, Jonathan acts for land traders, house builders' and developers to dispose and acquire sites with development potential across the UK. In addition as a result of the synergy between the areas, Jonathan also has a track record in residential investments.
