Amy Edwards

Amy is Crowd2Funds Administration Officer joining from a background in production from her work as Senior Production Operative at a large scale corporation where she oversaw various operations. Amy's role is to support the finance team with their reports, audits and ISA transfers. She also undertakes various duties including processing applications, lender support, managing data entries and other duties.

Chelsea Macleod-Elliott

Chelsea is Crowd2Fund's Creative Director and Co-House Manager with a background in film and content production, including her work as a Creative Executive at Bee Holder Productions (You Don't Know Jack/ Al Pacino) and Head of Content at Crowd2Fund. Chelsea studied Contemporary Media at the University of Westminster. She has produced BAFTA/Oscar-qualifying award-winning work including "Waiting for Time," and has worked on projects with notable contributors such as Billy Bob Thornton and Stan Lee to raise awareness for clean drinking water. Additionally, she has produced content for Soho House and numerous other commercial clients.

Hussain Qaragholi

Hussain is Executive Director of Crowd2Fund and Managing Director of Phoenix Finance Partners (PFP), a UK-based finance advisory firm providing objective analysis and effective solutions in banking, FinTech and strategic project management. PFP advises corporates, banks and international financial institutions globally. Hussain was previously Managing Director and Head of Corporate Coverage at Deutsche Bank in London--where he managed an international team and a global client portfolio composed of corporates, sovereigns and sovereign wealth funds. Hussain was instrumental in rebuilding the bank's business across multiple products in credit, capital markets, and liability management. Hussain began his finance career at Merrill Lynch in New York, before moving to Citigroup in Dubai and London. He serves on the RAND Corporation President's Impact Forum and on the CMEPP Advisory Board. Hussain graduated cum laude in International Relations from The College of William and Mary. He has a Master's Degree from the School of Foreign Service, as well as an MBA from Georgetown University. He holds a FinTech Certificate from Oxford University's Said School of Business.

Matthew Anderson

Matthew is the Head of Collections and Creditors with 25+ years of banking and finance expertise in both regulated and unregulated sectors. His prior work at Arbuthnot Specialist Finance Limited and Amicus Property Finance equipped him with extensive knowledge of the collections process, borrowers, and third parties in litigation. Currently, he is in charge of collections, recoveries, and creditors, and ensuring proper management of them and loan book reviews.

Muneeb Ajmal

Muneeb joins the Crowd2Fund team with an extensive background in Fintech. He has successfully led the growth of two b2b alternative lending start-ups from their early stages through expansion into 7 new markets, and a combined business pipeline of $100mn+. Muneeb previously engaged with the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Fintech at Westminster, helping shape the UK's Open Banking policy in its early days. Muneeb has served as a mentor, lecturer and advisor on growth and product for early-stage start-ups and incubators. He was recently recognised by the UK government as a leader in digital technology for Fintech. Before Fintech, Muneeb successfully served as the product lead on the retail project launched by Google and its partners in Canada. Muneeb will be working on establishing new sales channels. He will prioritise the cultivation of relationships with referral partners and drive high-quality businesses to the platform through direct sales. Additionally, he will engage in the development of strategic partnerships and collaborate closely with the team to meet the company's targets. Furthermore, he will provide support to marketing initiatives which include monthly emails to target audiences and direct outbound marketing

Sebastian Torres is our new Credit Team Lead. With a rich background in Credit Analysis, academia, and banking, Sebastian's expertise promises to elevate our team. Originally from Ecuador, Sebastian has called London home for three years. He is deeply passionate about Fintech's role in simplifying solutions for SMEs. With a two-year stint as a Graduate Teaching Associate at Queen Mary University, concentrating on Fintech and Credit Analysis modules, and showcasing his knack for translating complex concepts, he now leads our Credit Team driving effective decision-making.

Thomas Jarvis

Thomas joins Crowd2Fund with a variety of experience in customer service, marketing, and operations. Thomas is a new face in Fintech, whilst his previous work has mostly focused on local organizations and freelance writing, he is enthusiastic to bring his skills to Crowd2Fund. Thomas graduated from Brunel University London in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in History, and again in 2022 with a Masters Degree in Military History. Thomas' role is multifaceted, involving a mixture of customer service and support, operations tasks, and marketing.
