Alasdair Campbell

Alasdair is responsible for the management of operational renewable infrastructure projects within the InfraRed portfolio. As part of his role, he leads on development, repowering and construction initiatives across onshore and offshore wind and battery energy storage system projects. He also serves as a non-executive director on the boards of several InfraRed project companies. Before joining InfraRed in 2021, Alasdair worked at EDF and BayWa running multi-disciplined teams managing investment decisions, commercial negotiations and M&A. To date, Alasdair has over 15 years of industry experience across a broad range of renewable technologies. His expertise ranges from development through to construction and operations across multiple geographies, with a particular focus on commercial management, M&A, and asset management. He is also a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.

Chris Gill

Chris is responsible all aspects of InfraRed's investment processes and he chairs InfraRed's Investment Committees. Chris is also in charge of InfraRed's Governance, Compliance and Operational Risk functions. Before joining InfraRed in 2008, Chris was responsible for HSBC's global private equity investment activities and sat on the boards and investment committees of HSBC's private equity businesses in Asia, the Middle East, US and Canada until joining InfraRed, at the time was a subsidiary of HSBC. Together with InfraRed's CEO, Werner von Guionneau, Chris led the buy-out of Infrared from HSBC in 2011 and subsequently the process that led to InfraRed's partnership with Sun Life in 2020. Between 1991 and 2002, Chris held a series of Credit roles culminating in becoming Head of Credit Risk Management for HSBC in London. He also sat on the Board and Investment Committee of HSBC Private Equity Europe (now Montagu Private Equity).

Chris Sweetman

Chris has been dedicated full-time to overseeing TRIG's operational portfolio since the launch in 2013, representing TRIG within many of the joint venture boards and overseeing the operational project approach to commercial and governance, leading on project-focussed reporting to the TRIG board and supporting on investor meetings. He has also worked in a variety of other roles at RES since joining in 2003 including: as commercial manager, appraising, project financing and selling projects in the UK and northern Europe; overseeing the RES European operational portfolio; as Chief Operating Officer of the RES Australia and New Zealand development-focussed business; and as commercial manager of the offshore wind and marine advisory business and joint venture projects. Prior to joining RES, Chris qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London, and holds a BEng degree in mechanical engineering from Brunel University.

Dave Eastman

Dave has worked for RES since 2001 in a range of technical, development and commercial roles, with extensive renewables experience including onshore and offshore wind, solar, wave and tidal energy. Dave manages the technical due-diligence and provides deal and contract support for new acquisition opportunities. Dave is also a project company director for TRIG's Irish wind projects, and oversees the management of the TRIG Scandinavia portfolio. Dave holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter.

David Bruce

David contributes to portfolio oversight and leads on HSE and the management of multiple offshore wind projects in the TRIG portfolio. David joined RES from Red Rock Power where he was Head of Asset Management and a member of the leadership team. David has 15 years' experience in the industry throughout the project lifecycle including asset acquisition, development, construction, operation and optimisation. He has significant experience in senior positions in both onshore and offshore wind including in JV

Edward Hunt

Edward Hunt is the Head of InfraRed's core income group of funds and is Fund Manager of HICL Infrastructure PLC, the LSE-listed core infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed. He joined InfraRed in 2008 and has held positions in InfraRed's offices in London and Sydney, spanning income and capital gain strategies and across core and energy infrastructure. While in Sydney, Edward assumed responsibility for InfraRed's regional office, leading the origination and execution of investment opportunities and sitting on the boards of successful investments in the region. Prior to this, Edward was a member of the InfraRed team looking after HICL in London. Edward joined InfraRed from the group strategy team at AMP. Edward has more than 15 years of experience as an infrastructure investor and is a member of both HICL and TRIG Investment Committees. Edward holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.

Erna-Maria Trixl

Appointed 1 March 2022, Erna-Maria is an energy and infrastructure expert and is currently an independent executive consultant focusing on renewables, e-mobility, decarbonisation and green transition. Erna-Maria is also a member of the advisory board of Tyczka GmbH, a family-owned supplier of LPG, industrial gases and green hydrogen, and METR Building Management Systems GmbH, a private Internet-of-Things platform company offering data-driven solutions for energy-efficient real estate management. She previously served as Chair of the supervisory board of M-net Telekommunikations GmbH, as a member of the supervisory board of Energie Suedbayern GmbH and of the shareholder's committee of the nuclear power plant Isar 2. Erna-Maria's executive roles included membership of the executive board and chief sales officer of Stadtwerke Müenchen GmbH, Germany's largest municipal utility services company, and roles within the RWE Group and at EnBW Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg AG.

Fiona Power

Fiona leads on management of the wholly-owned TRIG GB wind portfolio within the RES team. Fiona has a background in financial assurance and advisory services for the Energy and Utilities sector, having worked in various roles within major consultancies and engineering firms before joining RES. This work included leading on commercial negotiation of O&M and SPV management strategies, and lead advisor for acquisition of UK offshore transmission assets. Fiona is a Charted Accountant and holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Durham.

Henrik Brandt

Henrik joined RES as CFO in early 2024, bringing extensive experience in senior financial roles including Senior Vice President and CFO positions. As CFO he has overall leadership responsibility for finance, strategy, procurement, IT, information systems, risk, and investments and he places values, employee engagement and development at the forefront of his leadership style. Hailing from Denmark, Henrik has spent most of his career within the renewables sector, which he finds both professionally and personally rewarding. He has a track record in business transformation, targeting both organisational change and process, and is focused on applying best practices to create value. His passion and drive will be key to unlocking the growth potential within RES.

Jack Paris - CEO

Jack is the Chief Executive Officer of InfraRed and focuses on the development of InfraRed's strategy to drive the evolution and growth of the business. Jack is also responsible for InfraRed's business in the Americas, managing and growing the existing platform, and oversees InfraRed's North American renewables strategy. Before joining InfraRed, Jack was Co-Head of Citi's Global Power & Renewables investment banking business. While at Citi, Jack advised on over $100 billion of transactions including, mergers & acquisitions, business unit divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, project financings and other structured transactions. Before that, Jack worked at Lehman Brothers in their Power & Utilities Group.

James Olding

James joined InfraRed in 2018. James is a member of the Portfolio Management team and oversees the investment portfolio of TRIG, including asset valuation and portfolio enhancement (in coordination with RES, the Operations Manger for TRIG). Prior to joining InfraRed, James spent 6 years at John Laing Group plc. responsible for portfolio valuation and value enhancement activities on both core infrastructure and renewables assets.

John Crawford

John is responsible for the Spanish solar portfolio and Twin Peaks onshore wind project in Sweden, as well as taking a leadership role for Life Extension and Repowering across the TRIG portfolio. John joined RES from Red Rock Power Ltd, where he held the role of Asset Manager. John has 10 years renewable energy industry experience encompassing both on- and offshore wind, through development, construction, operations, decommissioning and divestment. John is experienced in managing relationships across multiple projects throughout the UK and Europe.

John Whittle

Appointed 1 July 2021, John Whittle is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction. He is the non-executive Chair of Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd (LSE) and Audit Committee Chair of Sancus Lending Group Ltd and Chenavari Toro Income Fund Limited (listed on the SFS segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange). Prior to these roles, John was Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at International Public Partnerships Ltd (INPP), the FTSE 250 infrastructure investment company. In his executive career, among other senior roles, John served as Finance Director of Close Fund Services and CEO of Hugh Symons Group PLC. John is a resident of Guernsey.

Luke Murphy

Luke is part of the team that has responsibility for the day-to-day activities of TRIG. His primary responsibilities on TRIG include strategy, portfolio performance and risk management. Luke's experience at InfraRed also includes portfolio valuation, identifying and delivering value enhancements and investor reporting having previously worked on two of InfraRed's core infrastructure vehicles (including HICL) before joining the TRIG team. Before joining InfraRed in 2019, Luke was an Associate Director at KPMG where he provided buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services and SPA advice to energy and infrastructure clients. Luke has more than 10 years of experience in energy and infrastructure and is also a Chartered Accountant.

Marco Perona

Marco is a senior executive at RES with 30 years' experience leading multinational businesses across five continents, the past 10 years of which have been in senior executive positions at RES, including as CEO of Global Support Services, where he grew the business from 7.5GW to 12GW. Marco is very proud of the great teams at RES he has had the privilege to lead and support over the years, and the contribution they have made to accelerating the energy transition. As CEO EMEA, Marco is passionate about continuing to accelerate our significant development and construction business as well as grow into new technologies and new sectors. Michael Echem

Michael leads TRIG's finance team, and is responsible for the financial, treasury, structuring and tax functions, focusing on the management and financial reporting of the group's distributions. Prior to joining InfraRed Michael spent time at Close Brothers Group Plc as their Group Finance Manager and at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP as Senior Group Finance Manager. His earlier career includes roles in Audit in practice whilst studying for his ACCA. Michael completed his undergraduate degree in Accounting & Finance at Southampton Solent University, completed his Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) qualification in 2015 and holds a Fellow Membership with the Association of Chartered Accountants (FCCA).

Minesh Shah - Managing Director

Minesh leads the day-to-day management of TRIG, the LSE-listed renewables investment company co-managed by InfraRed. Minesh's experience at InfraRed includes investing across the renewable energy and core infrastructure equity markets, in greenfield and brownfield sectors. Before joining InfraRed in 2014, Minesh spent a year at Credit Suisse in the Asset Finance Capital Markets team and then six years at Deloitte where he was a manager working across infrastructure, utilities and energy sectors. Minesh is a Chartered Accountant.

Mohammed Zaheer

Mohammed is responsible for listed Investor Relations for TRIG, the LSE-listed core infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed, as well as HICL Infrastructure PLC, the LSE-listed renewables investment company co-managed by InfraRed. He leads the team that manages investor communication, financial reporting and fundraising for both TRIG and HICL. Before joining InfraRed in 2018, he was an equity research analyst at Citi, a US investment bank, where he worked in the European Utilities team covering renewables and worked on a number of European renewables Initial Public Offerings (IPO). He has more than 9 years of experience in public markets and more than 8 years of experience in infrastructure and renewables. He also a Chartered Accountant, holding the ACA qualification from the ICAEW.

Phil George

As the CFO of InfraRed's Energy Income Funds, Phil leads the financial reporting and management for TRIG, the LSE-listed renewables investment company co-managed by InfraRed. He also supports with fundraising, managing debt relationships, and financial optimisation. In addition to this, Phil is also responsible for the portfolio management of one of InfraRed's income funds - and sits on several Investment Committees. Phil joined InfraRed in 2014. He was previously the Director of Project Finance in the Concessions division at Bilfinger. Prior to this, Phil was the Finance Director for the Investment Division of Kier Group for nearly 10 years. He has extensive experience in both renewables and core infrastructure, having held various infrastructure investment roles over the past 25 years. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a qualified Pension Fund Trustee.

Richard Crawford

Richard has over 25 years' experience in the infrastructure sector. Richard's focus over the last 15 years has been on environmental infrastructure, including transacting and managing investments in wind, solar and the wider power sectors. Between 2013 and 2024 Richard's prime responsibility was for the InfraRed team which advised TRIG. In 2006, Richard played a key role in the formation of HICL. He is a member of a number of InfraRed's Investment Committees. Before joining InfraRed in 2002, he was a Director in Atkins plc's investments division and previously worked at EY. He is also a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (AMCT).

Richard Morse - Chairman

Appointed 18 July 2022, Richard has more than 40 years' experience in the energy, environmental and related infrastructure sectors, as well as a wealth of experience in investment company governance. He is a partner in the sustainable energy practice at Opus Corporate Finance. Among his Board appointments, he is a non-executive Director of Heathrow Southern Railway Limited, and also CCm Technologies Limited; and a Trustee of the Leeds International Piano Competition. Richard was previously Chair of JLEN Environmental Assets Group Limited from its IPO in 2014 to 2022 and Deputy Chair of Bazalgette Tunnel Limited ("Tideway") as well as Chair of its Audit & Finance Committee. He has previously held executive roles as a partner at Greenhill & Co, Head of European Utilities & Energy at Goldman Sachs, and Deputy Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Utilities & Energy at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Richard has also held public sector roles, having been the Deputy Director General of Ofgem and a Senior Adviser to the Department of Energy and Climate Change (now subsumed into DESNZ).

Selina S Sagayam

Appointed 1 March 2023, Selina Sagayam brings deep corporate finance and legal experience from her employment at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she led the firm's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Practice and was Senior Counsel in their Corporate Group until her retirement from the firm in October 2024. She also has extensive experience as a mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, financial services and regulatory law adviser. Selina has previously been a Non-executive Director of Hastings Group Holdings PLC and a Non-executive Director of FCA-authorised Hastings Insurance Services Limited and served as Chair of its Risk & Compliance Committee. Selina was seconded as the Secretary to the UK Panel on Takeovers and Mergers. Selina also chaired Gibson Dunn's UK Diversity & Inclusion Committee and sat on its Global Diversity Committee. She is a trustee and Vice Chair of the charity Refuge (and chair of its People, Nomination and Remuneration Committee), and is a member of the AIC's ESG forum.

Stefan Stanchev

Stefan is part of InfraRed's portfolio management team, which undertakes the financial management of the TRIG's portfolio, prepares the portfolio valuation, and develops and delivers value enhancements. Prior to joining InfraRed, Stefan spent three years at National Grid, where he held roles in Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy and Investment teams. This was followed by two years at KPMG, advising clients in the public and private infrastructure markets to address the challenges of business model transformation in asset-intensive organisations. Stefan holds an MEng from the University of Southampton.

Tove Feld

Appointed 1 March 2020, Tove is a Danish national and has more than 30 years' experience in the renewables sector, with a focus on offshore wind. Her previous roles include Chief Technical Officer at DONG Energy Wind Power (now Orsted) where she had a prominent role in preparing the company for IPO, Head of Engineering Solutions at Siemens Offshore Wind Power, as well as Managing Director of DNV Global Wind Energy. Tove currently serves as Non-executive Director on a number of Boards supporting the Green Energy Transition including Venterra Group plc, a service provider to the wind industry; Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (Chair), a Nordic IPP; Stockholm Exergi AB, Stockholm´s Energy Company; and Polytech AS, a global front-runner in wind power innovation and solutions. She is also a Non-executive Director on the Board of YARA International and serves on the Wind Energy & Energy Systems Advisory Board of the Danish Technical University. Tove is a UF (USA) Engineering Graduate (M.Sc.), she has a Ph.D. from Aalborg University (Denmark) and Executive MBA from IMD (Switzerland). Tove is a resident of Denmark.
