After graduating from the university of London Metropolitan, Alastair is currently going through the AS-Financials graduate scheme. Long-Term Alastair is aiming to become a Mortgage broker and grow his client portfolio.
After graduating with a Master's Degree from The University of Liverpool, Asher started his career as a music promoter and events planner, before moving into mortgages as a way of helping people get on the property ladder. He has now built up a client base with many first time buyers, foreign nationals, home movers and buy to let investors. Asher prides himself on giving honest, holistic mortgage advice tailored to your needs.

Initially studying architecture, Berrin became a qualified solicitor with experience in property and realestate. She has since become a mortgage adviser and advising a wide range of clients. She has a passion for the buy-to-let market and helping clients grow their property portfolio.
Chris has worked in the protection market for over 10 years. Having had a key role in the growth of a brokerage based in Hampshire, he then decided to move to London to work as a freelance adviser. Now here at AS, Chris draws on his vast experience to provide clients with the best possible advice.
Donna has over 4 year mortgage experience. Since working with AS Financial, she specialises in completions liaising closely with your solicitors to ensure a smooth process from offer to completion.

Elizabeth has worked in the insurance industry for over 4 years and previously in retail banking. Now working with AS Financial, she works closely with our protection specialists and providers throughout your protection application to ensure a smooth process from submission to activation.
Having worked in the financial services industry for 5 years and previously in the pensions and investments side of the business, Esther's extensive knowledge and experience, proves essential in providing a holistic approach. Esther is now a protection specialist insuring her clients receive the best level of advice that align with their objectives and goals.
Jacob has over 6 years of experience with an insurance and mortgage back round. From working in various roles for a general insurance broker to then working for a specialised agricultural mortgage firm, Jacob had gained vast wealth of the knowledge combining together to provide clients with the best possible advise.
After starting out as a pensions and investment adviser James decided to focus on the cornerstone of financial planning - property and mortgages. Being a fully qualified IFA gives James a fantastic foundation to give you mortgage advice that truly considers your long term plans as well as your immediate needs.
Jess brings over 3 years worth of industry experience and has managed a large number of clients. Since joining AS-Financial, Jess has passed all her exams and has worked closely with other advisers and has supported them with their own clients. Jess' goal is to manage a portfolio of her own clients.
Jim has over 10 years' experience in the property industry and spent many years working as a Sales Manager for a high end Estate Agent in Central London. His background knowledge of all property related matters has proved invaluable to his clients and is always at hand to give advice on all aspects of the buying process. Whilst having rounded and extensive knowledge of everything mortgage related, Jim's speciality is assisting first time buyers and buy to let investors with their mortgage requirements. When not at work, Jim is most likely found on the golf course looking for that next tournament win!
With over 15 years' experience in the UK & Overseas mortgage markets, Marcel has a wealth of knowledge to provide our clients with the very best level of customer service. His experience & know-how leave our clients feeling stress-free and confident.
Martin has advised on mortgages for over a decade and specialises in securing property finance for Contractors. However, he is by no means exclusive to Contractors as he serves a wide and diverse client portfolio including many of the London Bloomberg office.
Matt has been in the industry for 10+ years specialising in Life, Critical Illness and Income Protection. He has worked hard in every department regarding the Life Insurance industry. Matt believes in building a great relationship with his clients in order to give them the best advice.

After graduating from the University of Sheffield, Sarah went through the AS Financial graduate scheme. She now has extensive experience in arranging mortgages for first time buyers and homemovers alike, including for Help to Buy and Shared Ownership properties. She also has expert knowledge in the buy to let market helping clients starting their investment journey aswell as professional landlords.

Before taking over as Managing Director of AS Financial, Saul has been a Senior Partner in Atlantic Swiss and has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry in both compliance and client management. Saul has overseen significant growth in AS Financial to it now being within the top 2% of directly authorised independent advisory mortgage firms in the country.
Stephen has extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance and protection market. Initially a broker and managing a small team in Auckland, New Zealand. He now applies his experience in the UK for a considered and personable approach for each of his clients. Ensuring that every client's experience is unique and the advice is best fit to their needs.
Formerly in the property industry, I've now ventured into financial protection. Aspiring to build my own client bank, offering expert guidance and securing financial futures. Passionate about helping others and driven by market trends, I aim to make a positive impact through dedicated client-centric service.
