Simon has more than 20 years of consulting experience with both A.T. Kearney and Lansdowne across Europe, North America and Asia. A specialist in business strategy and operational improvement, he has extensive turnaround experience and has on several occasions helped clients to achieve dramatic improvements in profitability through strategic reviews of their business and the design and delivery of complex transformation programmes. By combining strategy setting and implementation into a single, genuinely integrated process his teams have built a track record of sustainable results in the financial services, media-telecom, automotive, retail, and government sectors. He has significant private equity and corporate finance experience and is one of the founders of successful investment bank, Wit Soundview Europe. He is a regular contributor on business issues for the BBC, CNBC and Time Magazine. Simon holds a PhD in particle physics gained from CERN, Geneva.

Perry Childs is management consultant with over 29 years of experience in organisational change management within the FMCG drinks industry, supply chain, and other key sectors. He has proven experience in the design and delivery of complex change programmes both as an industry executive and an external advisor. His expertise covers supply chain management, manufacturing, product management, operational design and delivery, process improvement, strategic sourcing and strategic planning with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness programmes. Perry has worked with a global service provider to diagnose service line profitability performance issues which lead to a major operating model redesign and change programme to help them leap frog their competitors. He has supported a major overhaul of the manufacturing process and systems for a major CPG. This achieved the strategic aim to reduce support costs by 30% (FY06) through strategic sourcing - 20% realised in first year. In addition, he led a major initiative to consolidate the Global supply manufacturing footprint across Europe and Americas post acquisitions of a number of premium brands Working with the Global CIO for Guinness, Perry led a small organisational design team to create a single Global IS function for the merged Diageo business units. He led the change capability development for a major airline's finance processes re-engineering programme in order to release £1bn back into the corporation. Perry is associate partner of Lansdowne in London. Before Lansdowne he was with A.T. Kearney and held executive positions at Diageo and PepsiCo. Perry is fluent in English. He holds a Master of Science (hons) in Electronics, Computer and Systems Engineering from Loughborough University.

Tobias is an international management consultant with more than 16 years experience of helping leading companies to become more successful. He specialises in helping clients to improve their performance through productivity and cost improvement initiatives which he has applied either standalone or as part of broad restructuring programmes to deliver significant turnarounds in client performance. He has extensive experience with all the main productivity improvement levers including supply chain management, strategic sourcing, logistics optimisation, process improvement, organisation design and lean manufacturing. His track record of successful consulting engagements is based on collaborating with clients to jointly develop the right strategy for their specific situation and then working closely with them to ensure its successful delivery and the realisation of results. His international consulting career has involved engagements in the technology, automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, telecommunications, utilities and process industries across Europe and in Asia and the Americas. Tobias previously worked for A.T. Kearney and was Managing Partner with a leading international supply management consultancy.
