Mark is a qualified professional, overseeing the Stroma Group's Quality and Health & Safety strategy and ongoing compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
With a background as an energy assessor, Andrew used his knowledge to build Stroma Certification's range of award-winning certification schemes and training courses for energy assessors.
Sam is responsible for the operational delivery of our certification strands for domestic, commercial, new build, public buildings and air conditioning systems.
Penny is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Penny is responsible for overseeing the deployment of our air tightness engineers nationwide, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our clients.
Steve has worked for nearly 2 decades in the industry, focussing on the inspection of buildings and infrastructure. Since 2006 he has been involved in the structural inspection of railway and highways structures. In the past 6 years, Steve has worked in project management roles.

Ruth has worked in the bridge inspection industry for over 15 years and has extensive knowledge of rail and road structures. As workload increased, she has built up and trained a dedicated and hard-working team.

Zoe has worked in sales for all of her working career, with a strong background in construction and manufacturing. Zoe heads up our national sales and business development teams, responsible for developing our sales and estimating strategy.
Mark has a wide-range of experience working on small domestic works to complex commercial, industrial and public buildings. He has further developed his technical competence aimed at providing clients with a helpful and proactive service to ensure Building Regulation compliance.

James is a Chartered Senior Air Quality Consultant and is experienced in both Indoor and Ambient Air Quality. As Head of Discipline for Pre and Post Construction Services, James manages the delivery of sustainability services, including Air Quality, Thermography, and Air Tightness Consultancy.

Habib provides technical expertise to our bridge examination/inspection team and is responsible for the training and development of our inspection staff. He has extensive experience in the design, assessment and maintenance of highway and railway structures.
Victoria is an experienced Administrator, leading our nationwide admin function to support clients throughout the project.
Zoe has worked in sales for all of her working career, with a strong background in construction and manufacturing. Zoe heads up our national sales and business development teams, responsible for developing our sales and estimating strategy.
Joel has over 10 years' experience in the building industry. Having gained initial experience with two local authorities, Joel has brought his understanding of the Building Control function, qualifications and proactive approach to help build and grow the company.
John is a Chartered Marketer with extensive experience in strategic B2B marketing. He leads our central Marketing team comprising traditional marketing, digital, graphic design and web skills.
Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has over 15 years' experience as a CFO of high growth businesses operating in the service and technology sectors.
Stuart works alongside our technical teams for EPBD, BIM and Software to target industry opportunities and generate new business. He also collaborates across all Stroma divisions to drive sales activity.

Steve leads Stroma's Built Environment service offering, as a leading provider of Environmental Monitoring, Performance Testing and Energy Consultancy service to the UK construction industry.

Ben previously worked as an Operations Manager in the industry gaining years of experience, he now looks after operations for all of Stroma Specialist Access' Rope Access and Building Inspection works.
Neil is directly responsible for the development and maintenance of energy performance calculation software such as FSAP, RSAP+ and also mobile data capture software such as Formation.

A highly experienced bridge Inspector with roles dating back to 2000, he has been exposed to a wide variety of structure types in varying states of repair, resulting in an all-round knowledge of structures, defects and defect causes.

Ian has a wealth of strategic leadership experience across the Stroma Group. He has spent more than a decade with the business, previously as Finance Director. Following the creation of Stroma Building Control, Ian became Commercial Director then appointed Managing Director in 2020.
Ian has worked on a vast array of schemes including Environmental Impact Assessments, transport schemes, and large mixed-use residential and commercial initiatives. Ian's expertise includes building and architectural acoustics, environmental noise, transportation noise, and computational noise modelling.

Zoe Dickinson - Chief Commercial Officer
As Stroma's Group IT Director, Calum oversees the organisation's IT strategy with a proven track record in delivering IT strategy and transformation.
Chris liaises closely with our Air Testing department for projects where Remedial Air Sealing or Temporary Sealing is required. His background includes experience as a site engineer and rope access technician working alongside Stroma Specialist Access.
