David McGarry is British Gypsum and Saint-Gobain Manufacturing's HR Director, having worked for the Saint-Gobain brand for over 16 years.
Joining British Gypsum as HR Director in 2015, David was later appointed as Saint-Gobain's HR Director for Manufacturing in 2019 due to his wealth of experience and expertise.
With more than 30 years' experience in human resources, David has held a number of senior leadership roles for large manufacturing, engineering and distribution businesses across the UK and Europe, including Harland and Wolff, Insilco Technologies and Takata.
David has also held a number of senior HR positions within the Saint-Gobain group, including HR Director for Saint-Gobain in Ireland where he worked closely with the brand's businesses and with the Executive Teams based there.
As part of his current role, David leads the human resources team that serves British Gypsum's manufacturing and mining sites, including gypsum, insulation, glass and renders. He is responsible for shaping each of these areas to ensure they contribute towards British Gypsum's overarching business strategy, which is focused towards the delivery of high performance products and services for its customers and construction partners.
David is also responsible for establishing and maintaining a company culture that is built upon Saint-Gobain's Principles of Conduct and Action and our shared values, and behaviours of Trust, Empowerment and Collaboration.

Dean is an experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry.
With more than 25 years of experience, Dean has held a number of senior leadership roles within the industry starting as a Sales Manager at Gypsum Industries Ltd in 2007, before being appointed as its Head of Marketing in 2009, and then moving to Gyproc and Isover Ireland as Sales and Marketing Director in 2011.
Having demonstrated a wealth of experience and expertise within these roles, Dean then became Managing Director at Artex Limited in 2013, Celotex Insulation in 2016 and Saint-Gobain Insulation UK in 2019, before taking on the position of Managing Director at Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions - Celotex, ISOVER and British Gypsum in October 2021.
Dean is a strong business development professional skilled in negotiation, business planning, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), sales, and business development.
Gordon has been with British Gypsum since 2005 and has developed from within the business across a variety of sales and commercial roles, most latterly as National Trade Sales Director. Gordon has extensive knowledge of the industry, British Gypsum and a passion for great customer experience.
As Sales Director Gordon is responsible for developing our sales and commercial strategy. He focuses on working closely with Marketing to ensure we are specifying and developing market leading products and system solutions.
