Matt Munns was one of Marks's original carpentry apprentices in the early 2000s at the tender age of 16. Matt left the building trade in his late 20s to set up his own business in the property industry. Mark and Matt stayed in touch over the years, they were having a coffee one day, and Mark was discussing his retirement plans as he wanted to spend more time with his family. In February 2023, Matt carefully evaluated the option and ultimately made the choice to acquire the business.
