Adrian joined Table Tennis England as Interim Chief Executive in December 2021 and was confirmed in the role permanently in March 2022. Prior to that, he had been Chief Executive of Badminton England, a role he held from 2006 until stepping down in September 2021.
Before joining Badminton England, Adrian worked in local authority Sports Development and at Sports Coach UK before moving into National Governing Bodies, first with the Lawn Tennis Association and then at England Squash and Racketball.
He is also a consultant to the Board of Pentathlon GB and a Non Executive Director of the Sport and Recreation Alliance.

Jos has a successful background in the corporate world with world class companies including Xerox, Kodak and Konica Minolta. Read more He steadily climbed the ranks through a variety of interesting roles encompassing sales, technical specialisms and various managerial roles until being elevated to board level with responsibility for operations in excess of £100 million. In recent years Jos has had his own business consultancy. This has seen him supporting companies of varying sizes, providing start-up services to aspiring entrepreneurs, and also working with charities and not-for-profits all with a universal objective to become better organisations. Jos' involvement in the administrative side of table tennis developed through local league to the county association, organising county and schools' competitions, county General Secretary, National Councillor, member of the Select Committee and Chair of the South West Region. He co-founded the Somerset Sabres Table Tennis Club out of a local school and helped it grow, fielding teams in local league, to British League, right through to the European Trophy competition. He is also an enthusiastic TT parent which has regularly taken him to the whole gamut of competitions all over the country for much of the last decade.

Nick is a chartered accountant, he spent nearly 30 years in a customer facing role with the HSBC Group. As head of UK Equity Capital Markets, he provided corporate finance advice to many of the UK's leading companies, enabling them to raise capital. He has worked across the globe, with significant experience in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Nick has been involved in sport all his life, as a player, a volunteer and as a parent. He is a former non-executive director of Leicester Tigers Rugby Club and spent six years as the Senior Independent Director of England Squash. He is currently an independent director of British Canoeing, where he is Chair of the Finance Committee, and is also chair of a community cricket club.

Ray is currently Chief Operating Officer of iSportconnect, the world's largest private sports business network.
Ritchie was born into a table tennis family and has played since an early age under the coaching and guidance of his late father, Harry Venner, a former England international and a renowned coach. Read more Ritchie has played continuously for more than 40 years in local leagues, county events, British league and tournaments domestically and internationally. He was ranked in the top 20 in England seniors for more than 20 years and played for Sussex at junior, senior and veteran level. He played in the Premier Division of the Senior British League for 25 consecutive seasons and now plays in Veterans British League. He is still an active table tennis player at several levels and particularly enjoys the VETTS scene where he is a multiple national champion in the O/40s and O/50s VETTS events, has represented England VETTS in several international tournaments - and is the ‘Roving Reporter' for the VETTS newsletter. Ritchie is now semi-retired, and prior to that held positions as a project manager for a Swedish multi-national company and worked in local government. He joins his wife Susie on the Board - and both can be seen participating at many table tennis events around the country and abroad.
Born and raised in Sussex, Sally has played table tennis since she was 8, represented Sussex since she was 11 and played abroad since she was 14, including winning silver in the Six Nations for England. Read more Having played in several local leagues, including Worthing, Brighton, Crawley and Haywards Heath, as well as Senior and Women's British League, national tournaments and the Grand Prix circuit, Sally has a wealth of experience as a player. Professionally, Sally leads the Data and Planning department for Bupa Global with staff worldwide to enable data-driven decision making in the international private medical insurance market. She has a background in finance and a keen eye for long-term sustainable business growth. Known for launching the new Women and Girls tournament circuit, Sally has driven accessibility and inclusion for female players within table tennis.
