Dr. Walmsley is a General Dentist who thoroughly enjoys the cosmetic and implant aspects of his practice because of the difference it makes in people's lives. Dr. Walmsley offers custom Cosmetic Smile Makeovers, Porcelain Dental Veneers, Composite and No-prep Veneers, Crowns, Bridges, Bonding, Laser Gum Recontouring, Teeth Bleaching (Whitening), Invsalign® Invisible Braces, and Dental Implants, in addition to General and Preventative Dentistry. He is able to apply knowledge and techniques learned through extensive continuing education in cosmetic dentistry and apply it to achieve excellent results in general and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Walmsley has undergone hundreds of hours of continuing education in Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. He uses dental labs that are renowned for their outstanding quality of Cosmetic Veneers and Crowns. He has invested in the latest technology, equipment, and training to perform these procedures. That's why clients travel throughout the area for his General, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry services.
On a personal note, Dr. Walmsley is a local graduate from Midway HS, he got degrees from Hiawassee, MTSU, and The University of TN at Memphis School of Dentistry. It is there where he met his wife Shannon of 27 years. They have three children, Channing, the oldest, is a fire and safety protection engineer at Pantex in Amarillo, Texas. Nolan, the middle child, is going to school to be a machinist in Johnson City. The youngest, Callie is in her third year of architecture school at the University of Tennessee. Together, they all enjoy time as a family outside exploring, camping, hiking, and traveling together. Dr. Walmsley also enjoys finding ways to give back to the Roane County community to help others.

Dr. Josh Walker and his wife, Dr. Jessica Vavra Walker, live in Kingston where they parent a German Shepherd, Crockett, on their farm. When they aren't working they enjoy cheering on the Vols, exploring East TN and the Smoky Mountains and visiting with their family and friends.
Dr. Walker has known Dr. Walmsley most of his life. First as a patient, then later as a mentor on his journey to becoming a dentist. Josh is very excited to be working alongside Dr. Walmsley and to be settled back in Kingston to care for his hometown community.
