Ashley's mission is to explore each person's physical, mind-body and spirit. Find the etiology of the dysfunction and work in a holistic integrative manner to isolate then integrate methodologies she has learned in her many years of working with acute and chronic dysfunction. These technologies allow and serve the client to reach an optimal level of health. This process is supported and educated by Ashley for the clients willingness to grow at their pace and to look back and find this process a "Journey to Self"... Ashley is an integrative therapist that incorporates into her practice of many modalities she has learned in her 25 years in the health and fitness industry. Ashley has maintained a practice in Tampa for 17 years for one on one clients that come see her for acute and chronic pain issues, mental, emotional issues, disease, relationship issues, weight loss, musculoskeletal imbalances, posture deficiencies, increase performance in recreational or professional sports.
