John Pagacs is our Principal Lawyer and the head of our firm. John is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, has qualifications in both law and engineering and has managed Australian companies. John advises a wide range of SMEs, startups, multi- nationals and both big and small Australian businesses from a variety of industries. John's expertise includes all aspects of business contracts, buying and selling businesses, protecting intellectual property, competition matters, trading terms, business structures, corporate governance, employment matters and dispute resolution. John's legal experience is built on a background spent in senior management roles in manufacturing, distribution and the chemical industry. Unlike lawyers who have never experienced first hand the everyday pressures faced by managers and owners of businesses, John has personally exerienced these legal issues in a competitive business environment and understands that legal solutions must not only be legally accurate, they must also be practical and commercially sound to be effective. Presently a director and the Principal Lawyer at Bambridge Lawyers Pty Ltd. Previously John was: • Special Counsel for Australian Business Lawyers • General Manager of an ASX listed company with responsibility for manufacturing and operations • Manager at an Australian subsidiary of a multinational chemical company "I would welcome the opportunity to work with you to solve your legal issues in a way that best suits your business" John Pagacs Memberships and Court Practice John is a member of the Law Society of NSW and is entitled to practice as a solicitor and barrister in NSW and in any Federal Court. John has appeared on behalf of clients in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW and the Federal Court of Australia. John has also represented clients in various tribunals and commissions and made submissions on behalf of clients to Royal Commissions.
