Anne qualified as a Solicitor in 1991 having completed her B.A. in UCD. She trained and worked at one of Ireland's leading law firms and went on to work in one of Ireland's top family law firms before moving to Wexford. She has experience in all areas of family law including divorce, judicial separation, negotiating separation agreements, nullity cases, access arrangements, custody and guardianship, maintenance and domestic violence. Her approach is to provide step by step guidance and support to clients in achieving the best outcome for them in difficult circumstances. Anne also has extensive experience in employment law, personal injuries, debt recovery and general litigation.
Anne is a Law Society certified Adjudicator and has presided over Boards of Inquiry in to Garda Siochana disciplinary cases. She was a Tribunal member of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Private Residential Tenancies Board, hearing residential Landlord and Tenant disputes. She is a member of the Law Society and DSBA. She is also qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
A Wexford local and a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Aoife joined the firm in 2012 having qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and having previously practised in M.J. O'Connor Solicitors and Coghlan Kelly Solicitors. Aoife has a Diploma in Property Tax from the Law Society and has extensive experience in all aspects of conveyancing to include commercial, residential, landlord and tenant, planning and licensing. Coming from a well-established business background she has a good appreciation of the obstacles that individuals and businesses face and can offer thorough, prompt and practical advice.
Aoife has a special interest in Family Law and obtained a Diploma in Family Law from the Law Society in 2012. With a keen understanding of the uncertainty and fear that is inevitable when a marriage or relationship breaks down she can offer sensitive yet sound advice to help guide clients through the financial and legal implications and towards a solution that will allow the parties to move forward with their lives. A Certified Member of the Mediator's Institute of Ireland she is focused on resolving family disputes without resorting to the courts and if a settlement or agreement is not possible she is well qualified to manage disputes in a cost effective and proactive manner.
