David Murray is Chief Operating Officer (COO) at CIMA+, and concurrently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Energy and Resources, overseeing the operations of the sector comprised of more than 650 people across Canada.
Committed to the promotion and advancement of the firm, Mr. Murray has been involved in various committees over the years, namely the Ethics Committee, whose mission is to ensure the proper practice of the profession at CIMA+. Furthermore, he still chairs the committee responsible for implementing the hybrid work model for the firm's employees. He is also responsible for managing the roles and responsibilities of CIMA+'s office directors.
From 2016 to 2023, he sat on the Board of Directors of the Association des firmes de génie-conseil - Québec (AFG). During this period, he also sat on the Board of Directors of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies - Canada (ACEC), which he chaired in 2021

Denis Thivierge is the President and CEO of CIMA+. Mr. Thivierge joined CIMA+ in 2007 as Vice-President, Buildings for the Greater Montreal Area, before becoming a partner in 2008.
He subsequently held various critical functions within the firm, namely as a member of the Executive Committee (2016), Director of the Montreal office (2016), acting Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operation Officer (2019), before being appointed President and CEO in August 2022. Mr. Thivierge's vision and leadership have contributed to the implementation of the strategic plan and the achievement of CIMA+'s financial and operational objectives. Mr. Thivierge has more than 25 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry.

A graduate of Concordia University, Eric Van Acker has more than 18 years of experience in the finance industry. For nearly 13 years, he worked at Bombardier, where he progressively rose through the ranks. Having previously worked at KPMG, he has an excellent understanding of the realities of a professional services firm.

Gina Cody has been a consulting engineering entrepreneur for the past 30 years. She immigrated to Canada from Iran in 1979 to pursue a master's degree in building engineering at Concordia University, where she later became the first woman awarded a PhD in building engineering. Today the Concordia University Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science is named after her. In 2019, she received the Fellowship Award from the Canadian Academy of Engineers and was inducted to the Order of Montreal. In 2020, she became a member of the Order of Canada, and was named one of the Top 25 Women of Influence in Canada.
The role of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee is to help the Board of Dir ectors carry out its duties in terms of governance, orientation and application of compensation policies, including the share purchase program, as well as the appointment and performance of Board members, and questions related to succession planning. The Committee also makes recommendations to the Board regarding human resources practices.

Josée Morin sits as an independent member on CIMA+'s Board of Directors.
After successfully starting two technology companies that were sold to US corporations, Josée Morin has proven her ability to think strategically and deliver bottom-line company growth. Mrs. Morin is a consensus builder and experienced bilingual corporate director, contributing to boards through her expertise in risk management and IT governance.

The role of the Ethics and ESG Committee (the "Committee") is to assist the Firm's Board of Directors (the "Board") in fulfilling its responsibilities with regard to the integration of environmental, social and ethical and governance issues into the Firm's operations. It keeps records of its proceedings and reports to the Board at its next regular meeting following a meeting of the Committee on its activities and makes such recommendations as deemed advisable in the circumstances.
