COASTAL TEXAS DAHLS

Coastal Texas Dahls is located near the shores of San Antonio Bay, south of Seadrift, Texas. We began raising Dahls in November 2006. Due to the out of state interest in our sheep, we joined the USDA Aphis Scrapie Flock Certification Program in July of 2009. Flock ID #24495. In addition to raising sheep, in 2001 we restored an eight acre federal wetland with the help of the Texas Prairie Wetland Association & Ducks Unlimited. While the wetland restoration has provided a terrific influx of wildlife, it has made predator control challenging.
